Providers that support ClosePack.
Altiteck LLC maintains this inventory of providers involved in operating ClosePack. Production deployment remains in preparation. The functions and planned region below describe the selected architecture; final service configuration and applicable provider agreements must be verified before production processing.
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Azure is the selected infrastructure provider and subprocessor for application hosting, PostgreSQL database hosting, private Blob document storage, queues, event routing, operational logs and Microsoft Defender for Storage malware scanning. These functions process account and workflow records, uploaded files, safety results and service operations data as needed.
The planned application, database and document-storage region is East US 2, United States. This region has not yet been verified on a production deployment. The applicable Microsoft contracting entity and service processing terms must be confirmed with the deployment inventory; the selected region is not a claim that every related Microsoft service processes data only there.
Microsoft identity, Marketplace and SharePoint
Microsoft identity services process sign-in identifiers and authentication information. Microsoft Marketplace processes purchase, purchaser, beneficiary and subscription information under its separate transaction agreements. ClosePack uses Microsoft Graph to deliver accepted files to the customer's selected SharePoint destination.
The firm's Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment is controlled by that firm under its own Microsoft relationship, permissions and retention policies. Its location may differ from ClosePack's application region.
Transactional email and support
Microsoft Azure Communication Services Email is the selected subprocessor for transactional invitations, verification links and reminders. It processes recipient addresses, sender information, message content and delivery information. ClosePack's separate staging and production email resources are configured with United States data storage; this is a geography, not a promise of processing exclusively within the East US 2 application region. Data can be transmitted or processed elsewhere to deliver email, including by recipients' email providers.
Microsoft processes email content for delivery, stores configured sender usernames until removed, and temporarily retains hard-bounce recipient addresses for spam and abuse prevention. ClosePack has disabled email engagement tracking. Production sender-domain verification and delivery testing are being completed before production invitations and reminders are enabled. Provider and privacy requests
Contact odymov@altiteck.com for the applicable provider inventory, processing terms or a verified privacy request. Any data-processing or transfer agreement required for affected processing must be in place before that processing begins. This inventory does not establish a blanket international-transfer mechanism or regulatory eligibility.
